DART (Dental Auxiliary Radiology Training)

Dart is a required course for dental assistants in Utah to expose radiographs. Board-approved course meets criteria stated in the District and Dental Hygienist Practice Act Rules. For more information, please go to the website.

New additions to our free courseware section!

 We have added two new additions to our free online course section. The first is This website is dedicated to technology and science and has hundreds of entire course lectures from top universities like Notre Dame, MIT, and Yale, and are available in text, audio, and video formats.
 Our second addition is from This website contains topics that vary from, cooking and personal development to learning new languages and information technology. These resources are available in text, audio, and video formats.

New Lit2Go Addition

Lit2Go is a free online collection of stories and poems in Mp3 (audiobook) format. You can:
  • Download the files to your Mp3 player and listen on the go,
  • Listen to the Mp3 files on your computer,
  • View the text on a webpage and read along as you listen,
  • Print out the stories and poems to make your own book.
An abstract, citation, playing time, and word count are given for each of the passages. Many of the passages also have a related reading strategy identified. Each reading passage can also be downloaded as a PDF and printed for use as a read-along or as supplemental reading material. There will be updates  to this site on a regular basis!

This is part of our on-going commitment to be a positive educational partner in the community by providing both free and for-pay educational content. As a partner, your input and feedback will help us make necessary and important changes to existing programming, as well as, assisting us in the development of additional educational options.

About Ed2Go Courses

Weber State University has partnered with Ed2go to offer interactive online courses:
  • Includes an instructor, discussion area, assignments, quizzes & practical information.
  • Available 24 hours a day.
  • Available for personal enrichment
  • Not available for university credit

Certificate of Completion

A certificate of completion issued by the Weber State University Continuing Education Department is available upon request at the successful completion of your course.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once a student is registered in the program and course materials have been accessed. Case by case situations may be considered if a student has satisfactorily explained reasons for wanting to drop the program.
